OUR WORK

Our restoration process:

Our Land Rovers are restored adhering to original design,  surpassing the factory-original by a team of expert craftsmen who have restored many Land Rovers in Izmir, Turkey.

Our Series 2 and 3 cars are manufactured in the UK. 

Our defenders are built by Otokar in Turkey under British Land Rover Licence. 

Even though the production of Defenders by Otokar stopped in 2016, Otokar still supplies genuine high quality Land Rover parts around the world.

 

We locally find the best quality genuine parts for our restorations.

All restoration is done with 'Less is more' principle.

BODY-OFF, NUT AND BOLT RESTORATION:

Each restoration is done by removing

the body from the chassis.

No single screw is left without being touched.

Chassis is restored to original state, coated

with electrostatic paint or galvanized.

ENGINE AND GEARBOX RECTIFIED TO FACTORY NEW:

Engine, gearbox and mechanical parts are

totally disassembled, overhauled and rectified, replaced with new parts where possible.

Electrical wiring is done brand new.  

Suspension systems and brakes are done brand new.

All metal components are electrostaticbrass coated.

New fuel tank and fuel lines.

BODY WORK CRAFTSMANSHIP:

Body frame and aluminum panels repaired to new condition if possible, 

but many times new panels are fabricated.

Special aluminum primer carefully applied before painting.  

Body parts painted separately, not when attached to chassis.

Body and interior assembled before adjustments, disassembled before painting

and assembled again, so there will be no body adjustments after painting.

INTERIOR:

Finest artificial leather or textiles

used in major luxury brands.

Stitched to perfection by best

craftsmen.  All interior brand new.

All original design details are adhered to.
